Being Human

Curious Minds

“Imagine an infant observing life, forming concepts and perceptions without benefit of spoken words, or thoughts that contain words. This is precisely how spiritual effort evolves for an adult. There are no words to describe spiritual movement. Spirituality is a journey of sensations and exploring the dimensions that comprise those sensations. Any attempt to reduce that process to words would be seriously inadequate. Just ask any infant.”

  1. So that’s what goo-goo, gaa-gaa means… 😉

But this made me smile. I’ve sat with spirituality in my head… it does well to sit instead with my heart… tickled with sensations. =)
