  1. “The struggles through the perpetual conflict of protecting ourselves from each other” and “Acceptance of these circumstances as an unalterable and unavoidable aspect of life”. I accept the struggle but how could there even be struggle if we deeply believed protecting ourselves from each other was unavoidable. Surely we must believe there is also within our divine nature the challenge to not only accept the polarity of God and Devil but also the power to ultimately integrate these two extremes. Why fight a battle we could never win? Of course, fools such as myself seem to do that. But, collaborators we each are. That’s the tragedy.

    • Debbie, that’s precisely the right question. I explored this dilemma in a previous post: “Ultimately, the Human Species must explore a disturbing point of clarity: the paradox confronting Human Beings is the struggle to navigate through the perpetual conflict of protecting themselves from each other. In the process, there is no measurable improvement to the Human condition or any other condition. The absurdity of Human existence is the acceptance of these circumstances as an unalterable and unavoidable aspect of life.”
